Planning and Zoning Department Operations are easily managed and made available to the public in full support of transparency in government.  Each meeting agenda is easily created using our interface where you can click and select agenda items and topics, create links to project applications and zoning appeals projects and create internal department tasks .  The department calendar lets staff manage members' internal meetings and appointments.  The system links to our internal email system where meeting minutes can be sent via email to each board member for review and approval.

The module also includes a task tracker to manage internal department tasks and activities. All variance and conditions are also monitored for the Zoning Board in one quick reference database which links to the individual properties and projects where variances are assigned.
